How are your cognitive distortions impacting you?
We all have cognitive distortions that impact the way we see the world. Think of them as filters that influence the way you interpret things. For some of us our cognitive distortions are mild. For others, they negatively impact all aspects of our life.
If you want to understand and manage your cognitive distortions so that they have less of an impact on your life and/or work, then you need this tool. It provides you an opportunity to understand your own cognitive distortions and those of the people closest to you so that you can be aware of their influence and how to manage them moving forwards.
