Grounding yourself can help you feel more calm, centered, and peaceful and reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and even bring better focus and thinking to the mind.
This exercise takes grounding very literally and helps you imagine you’re a tree, metaphorically reconnecting you to the earth that we are all always a part of.
