This is a gentle tool to use daily when experiencing feelings of depression.
Depression can make us feel hollowed out and empty of any motivation. When people suggest things like 'Just go out with your friends, you'll feel better' OR 'Just go for a bike ride, you'll feel better" it can feel as if they're asking you to climb a mountain. This tool provides you with baby steps. That help.
There is a tremendous amount of literature out there that supports the suggestions in this tool.
