The need for self-love is critical for us all. This list of journal prompts will help individuals develop critical thinking toward their negative self-talk and will encourage a redirection of thoughts into a place of self-love and self-worth. The prompts can be used multiple times over, as each day you may be able to view yourself differently from the last. They can be done one at a time or all at once.
These prompts are supported by journal therapy which attributes the benefit of processing your experience through writing. It is also based upon the CBT skill of challenging negative thoughts and redirecting them to something more helpful.
