About This Tool

The scripture affirmation journal is designed with YOU in mind. The journal has a mixture of scriptures and positive affirmations to be spoken over yourself daily or as often as possible. The concept of affirmations is widely used and known to be effective in altering perceptions, negative thinking and reframing. On each affirmation page you will find both scriptures and affirmations. The reader is challenged to sit with them each day and then complete a journaling activity afterwards. The time spent on each affirmation is up to you, but I encourage you to spend at least 5 to 10 minutes completing the exercise for the day.  Anyone who wants to take a step towards a positive change in their thinking and beliefs is encouraged to use this tool.
