When you’re fully integrated into your meditation practice, you can find beautiful moments of quiet stillness. You can use those to enjoy the peace and love that we, for one, believe is at the heart of the universe/spirit/God. Or you can use them as an opportunity to dig in and understand yourself better. We think both are important, just for different use cases.
This exercise is about the latter, about digging in and using your meditation as a conversation with your subconscious to better understand your feelings, where they come from, what they are, and the root causes of what may be troubling you in the first place.
