My safe processing place is a gentle way for your to express your emotions about any triggering or difficult events in your life. This was created with you in mind. I often feel so much better when journaling and processing my emotions, but I often get "blank page paralysis" meaning I have no idea what to write when I open my journal to a blank page. Answering these prompts will help you get all of your thoughs and emotions down on paper, and ways that you can help yourself and how to ask for help. I encourage people I work with to complete these prior to sessions if it helps with gathering their thoughts or managing an event. Crisis information is provided at the end of the tool, and a reminder you are not alone.
