This course is to improve your outlook starting right at the beginning of day. Follow strategies outlined in the document in the download section to achieve improved state of mind. Consistency is important in any learning endeavor, so please do the suggested things daily to be able to see lasting change.
Depending on where you are in life, some habits maybe difficult to adapt right away and will require your dedication and thinking ahead. Concentrate on the end goal and what you are trying to achieve.
If you like to be an active participant of your life, instead of a reactive one who responds to what life throws at you, then you'll want to implement those strategies. If executed consistently, day in and day out, these are the things you do even when nobody is watching. It is the internal work that goes on behind the scenes that produces long term lasting benefits in all areas of your life.
The reason behind why I share those strategies with you is because I once was a reactive participant of my life. It felt at times like I was looking at someone else's life. Going through daily motions, waiting for the day to be over only to wake up and relieve the same day again. When I implemented these strategies I'm sharing, I felt alive again, and excited for the day ahead and of all the things I want to do in my life. Now, I want you to experience what it is like to really live your life. I am always open for feedback as it becomes my evidence based data.
