About This Tool

Three super easy meditations that can be tapped into at any time:

  • Breath Anchor- Learning where home base is in every meditation.
  • Mindfulness Square- Simple breathing technique to calm you down wherever you go.
  • Infinity Breath- Bring your mind to a point of stillness.

Each meditation is around one minute long and has a different focus. The idea of this presentation is to show a few of the many very different ways we can tap into calm as we go about our daily business. Think of it as learning how to take short but deep breaks from all the stress.
