This meditation combines two breath awareness methods for mindfully bringing you into the present moment, anchoring and calming your mind. You will be guided through a multi-sensory experience in which you learn to let go and simply observe both your breath and thoughts allowing them to naturally flow. Here, we are offered a gentle reminder that when we release the need for control and trust in the process, then are we able to experience more ease and flow in our everyday lives.
