A 6-unit group curriculum I created and used for a telehealth psychoeducational group. Our group spent between 1-3 weeks on each unit, about 12 weeks in total.
Specifically, this curriculum was created for a group of men in their 20's, 30's, and 40's who were looking to improve self-esteem, cope with loneliness / isolation, and regulate emotions. It would be effective for adolescents, older adults, and folks on the Autism spectrum as well.
