Visualizing is a powerful faculty of the mind. What we think in our minds, we can hold in our hands. We often get caught up in our thinking, our limited thinking, and we forget the power of intention - the power to create the reality we wish to live for ourselves. This meditation is 8:20 minutes. As you practice, flexing the muscle of the mind, you begin to see possibilities rather than problems. When we reduce our stress, we calm the nervous system and begin to see from a different mindset.
The more we practice meditaiton - mind training tool - the stronger we get. What we focus on expands. Daily meditation practice is my recommendation. Prime your mind to think, feel and be what you want!
