This tool will support you in visualizing your ideal schedule. If you think about your ideal schedule, there are likely certain areas of your life where you experience a gap and would like to bring more integration or balance. If you could wipe the slate clean and start fresh, what is important to you? What would you schedule in your day first? How would your ideal day look?
Use this worksheet to schedule in everything how you would like it to look ideally, beginning with your most important tasks. Potential categories include self-care, work time, time with clients, working out, quality time with family and/or friends, cooking meals, etc. After you have a clear visual of how you would you like your schedule to look, begin integrating one line item by line item into your actual schedule each week.
In The Power of Habit, Charles Duhigg shares that "One paper published by a Duke University researcher in 2006 found that more than 40 percent of the actions people performed each day weren't actual decisions, but habits. Habits create neurological cravings. Most of the time, these cravings emerge so gradually that we're not really aware they exist, so we're often blind to their influence."
This tool will help you create a new habit with your ability to manage time, the influence of which will be lifechanging.
