Often in life we experience stress as uncomfortable sensations in our body. Sometimes it shows up as a headache, a tightness in our neck, or even a stomach-ache. This audio file exercise is a way for us to give focused attention to the specific sensation in our body and help it release and relax.
This resource could be beneficial for those who are experiencing trauma symptoms. Bodily sensations can be one of the many ramifications of trauma and this exercise allows individuals to focus on the sensations to help release pain and discomfort in stressed areas of the body.
