In this workbook you'll identify areas of your life that may need more of your attention, set goals consistent with your values so that you feel more fulfilled and satisfied, and make real progress toward accomplishing your goals and live your best life this year! This 24 page workbook includes information and education and is packed with worksheets and exercises to guide you through each of the skills modules.
This workbook has four main sections, each focusing on skills that will help you set and reach your goals. Included in this workbook is a checklist of all the major worksheets, so you can keep track of your progress.
You can approach the workbook by focusing on one set of skills per week or you can sit down for a marathon session and read through it all at once. Regardless of how you choose to approach the workbook, I encourage you to schedule and protect some time each week to reflect on your progress.
You can print this workbook out in booklet form with your home printer.
These strategies are grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a type of therapy with decades of research to support it. I'm Dr. Sarah Kertz, the clinical psychologist and therapist behind this workbook. I have a PhD in clinical psychology and specialize in working with anxiety, stress, and depression. It can be hard to know which strategies for anxiety and depression come from “pop psychology” and which ones are grounded in science.
