This 5-page workbook includes simple steps to guide you through the process of forgiveness, including journal activities to help you explore the thoughts and feelings that come up at each stage. This is meant to be a practical guide to use any time that you want to start the process of forgiveness, and it can be used as many times as it takes to go from wanting to forgive to practicing the skills necessary to do so.
