The culmination of my work as a psychotherapist with highly talented, yet stressed individuals, this is a quick cheat sheet of techniques that can be used when you are particularly anxious. Resources are inlcuded at the end of the sheet. These tools are effective, as I've used them with many clients before, so I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

This is a compilation of exercises that I have used in psychotherapy practice for many years. It informed in part by my work as an EMDR therapist, which is a body-mind psychotherapy used primarily in trauma work. Individuals with a history of trauma often (almost always) struggle with anxiety, and these tools are very effective for this. And as mentioned earlier, I have used these tools with my own clients and personally seen great results!
