About This Tool

This beginner’s meditation is a gentle introduction to the concept of mindfulness through breath and observation. Mindfulness is about bringing a keen sense of awareness to the here and now. We get so lost in our thoughts often living in the past and future. The present is where all possibilities exist. It is where life is taking place!

As you learn to pay attention to what is occurring within you cultivate mindfulness. You learn to observe your body sensations, emotions and thoughts without becoming overwhelmed or completely immersed in them. Ultimately, this can lead to experiencing life more fully in the present.  

This meditation is under 12 minutes. Use it both in the morning and at the end of the day.
