This set of handouts is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in that it helps you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to boundary-setting. CBT is a research- and evidenced-based treatment for anxiety, depression, and a number of other issues.
These handouts are similar to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy handouts in that they break down concepts into simple explanations, while encouraging the reader to bring their own lived experience to their use.
