Beginning to Breathe is a practice that not many of us know and we usually edit time out of our schedule to pause and just breathe.This practice is meant to help you learn to pause, and it can also be used to give you a break during a stressful day or at the very start of your morning to help you enter your schedule with peace and calmness. While our western culture moves so fast that we hardly notice the hole this leaves, our bodies are forced to work overtime and carry much more weight than it should, which can leave us feeling achy, fatigued, tight, and worn out.
