Beginning to Breathe is a practice that not many of us know and we usually edit time out of our schedule to pause and just breathe.This practice is meant to help you learn to pause, and it can also be used to give you a break during a stressful day or at the very start of your morning to help you enter your schedule with peace and calmness.
