The Healthy Change School is a no-judgment, no-jargon online resource
designed by two experienced licensed health psychologists and healthy change experts:
Dr. Robyn Pashby and Dr. Kelly Donahue.
Our mission is to EDUCATE, MOTIVATE & INSPIRE.
For the last 25 years combined, we have helped individual clients change their lives through
Throughout our careers, we have always believed that access to science-informed tools shouldn't cost a fortune. We've typically relied on pro-bono (free) work with clients and offering numerous free community service programs each year to help us connect with more people without cost standing in the way. But recently, with more people willing to try telehealth and turning to the internet for health and mental health information, we have taken our work to the next level to share it with the world.
By creating The Healthy Change School's low-cost, online resources that are built on science and developed from real clinical exprience,
we get to fulfill our passion for helping others live fuller, healthier lives affordably and safely.
The Healthy Change School resources are built on the premise that small changes matter and that true healing can happen when the gap between what you KNOW and what you DO is filled with non-judgemental information and motivation building programs.
