About This Practitioner

All individuals are capable of growth and positive change despite their limitations. I firmly believe that the working relationship with individual clients is the cornerstone that brings about growth and change. I am always respectful and non-judgemental and always ensure a safe and private therapeutic space. My therapeutic style is integrative and eclectic in approach. I love therapeutic worksheets, and I tend to use these regularly in my practice. I find worksheets a valuable therapeutic tool that helps individuals progress faster towards positive change.   As a result of this, I have designed and developed several resources that I am happy to share - called "The Coping Sponge".
