I have, all told, 32 years of clinical experience that allows me to bring a real perspective to the issues of adolescents and the concerns that parents share.  I had worked for agencies for 18 years before opening my own private practice in 2007, and have seen the end of the severity continuum for teenagers.  I have worked in many diverse settings (community mental health clinic, hospital, residential treatment, remote/rural services delivery) with many populations including Latinx, Pacific Islander, Native American, Native Alaskan, African American and others.  I have many years of working with LGBTQ+ youth and adults, particularly transgender youth.    I have experience with psychological assessment and with school districts/Special Education Services.
