About This Practitioner

As a Mental Health Psychologist (MSc) and 200-RYT hatha yoga teacher, I integrate Modern Psychology with Yogic techniques.

I'm here to guide people to work WITH their body, mind & emotions, instead of making them work against them. Help people to help themselves.

In order to excel in life, experience less pain, feel healthier and happier in our body and mind, and create and sustain holistic health.
I believe by taking better care of ourselves, we can get better at being there for others and the world.

My clinical experience is mainly working with adolescents, young adults, geriatrics; the main topics include anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic pain, chronic stress & burnout, relationship issues, identity development, and self-confidence.

Fortunate to share this by hosting workshops, yoga classes & retreats, and as a guest speaker during Yoga Teacher Trainings worldwide, to talk about Mental Health.

I'm open-minded, curious, behavioral orientated, positive mind-set, compassioned, life-long student, empath and with a lust for adventure.
