About This Practitioner

I conduct psychotherapy aimed at helping patients better understand their anxiety and their emotions. In doing this, we open doors to healthier coping. I use an integrated approach where I focus on the how and why of my patients' psychological concerns, but I'm also active in helping patients make fast, lasting change in their daily lives. My empathic stance and my listening abilities contribute to patients' feelings of being valued and understood, sometimes for the first time in their lives. The healing power of this combination is immense.
