I combine many modalities and a focus on a person's whole experience to support them to move forward in their life while honoring their lived experiences. I am a trauma focused therapist trained in EMDR, ACT, PET, CPT. I lovwe to bring in the body and creativity to the work I do. Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, work with children and teens, and the transition to parethood. My philospohy is based in intersectional feminism, and multicultural frameworks with a strong decolonial lens.
